The RDV8840G-MOD5-DC, a cutting-edge cloud laser cutting and engraving system developed by Ruida Technology, integrates IOT (Internet of Things) functionality. Through the RDCloud system, it enables users to conduct remote fault diagnosis, remote firmware upgrades, extensive big data analysis of faults, and comprehensive monitoring of all equipment via screen. Furthermore, building upon traditional laser cutting systems, the controller supports diverse communication modes within a LAN, including one-to-many, many-to-one, and many-to-many between the host and equipment. It eliminates the connectivity limitations of conventional controllers and seamlessly integrates into the LAN, offering robust performance and scalability.

Function Description:

1. Not only retains the functionalities of the RDC644X series controller but also supports Wi-Fi communication.

2. To realize lOT functions such as remote equipment shift management, maintenance and repair, alarm
shutdown early warning through the "RDCloud".
3."RDCloud" supports PC/OS/Android systems, and seamless with enterprise MES and ERP systems.
4. Support one-to-multi and multi-to-one machine environment in the local area network.
5. Integrated CCD vision system, dual-camera interface on-board, perform panoramic vision for MARK point
accurate positioning cutting.
6. Four-axis motor control, support Z-axis lifting and U-axis feeding, and support to define the U-axis as a
rotary axis application.

1. Support PLT,DXF,Al,DST and other file formats import, display and edit functions, support image file import
and processing;
2. The mainboard can be bound to the "RDCloud" management system through software;
3. Equipped with the parameter lbrary function, the parameters in the parameter list can be directly selected
for processing;
4. Online upgrade is supported.
