2. Click the test button to see if the target image is lifted. If not, adjust the threshold and line width

Template matching processing accuracy does not meet requirements
Solution:
1. If the matching result on the image is biased, check the template features and analyze the material characteristics. Try to switch to a channel with stronger contrast, or try to adjust the exposure. Make the software matching result accurate.
3. If the matching result on the image is normal, cut the offset and analyze the offset within the format range.
1) If it is an overall offset, perform cross offset correction.
2) If it is accurate in the middle, the more it deviates towards the edge of the machine, you can perform quick correction or thickness correction

The manual correction function divides the format into 9 areas, and sets certain areas for offset correction according to needs, with the lower left corner as the reference and the set value as a fixed offset.
1. Confirm that the device is correctly connected and maintains normal communication with the software
2. Confirm that the camera is installed accurately and can be connected normally for taking pictures
3. First enter the manual correction interface. This function divides the format into 9 areas
4. According to needs, you can use the drag bar in the interface to set the range area of each area
5. Click to cut the cross, and the machine will cut a cross at nine positions
6. After cutting the cross, it will automatically take a picture. After taking the picture, drag the cross position to the cutting mark
7. Take a picture after processing; compare the original graphics of each area with the graphics position processed after setting the offset;
8. It can be seen that after using the manual correction function, except for the middle area, the other eight surrounding areas have offset the graphics in the positive direction with the set value based on the lower left corner.
